HALLOWEEN TRICK OR TREATING IN SALINE FROM 6:00PM - 8:00PM *****Safety Tips for Halloween****** Halloween will be here very soon and the City of Saline will observe this annual event on October 31 from 6:00 to 8:00pm. Darkness will come much quicker now so please be watchful for all of the little ghosts and goblins. We must make sure to keep them safe. Some helpful ideas to keep our children safe include:  have children wear some type of reflectors or carry a flashlight;  tell children to only cross the street at crosswalks;  do not allow children to wear masks that restrict their vision,;  have them wear bight clothing and avoid wearing dark clothing;  accompany children on their trick-or-treat rounds and,  when driving your car, remember it is difficult to see the kids, so drive extra slow. With everyone doing their part Saline can once again have another safe night for the kids. If you have any questions, please call the Police Department at 429-7911.
